Leo W. Rybacki

	Leo W. Rybacki, 42, of Tamaroa, passed away at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at the Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
	Leo was a farm laborer.  he was a member of the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church at Todds Mill.  He was a U.S. Army veteran.
	He was born April 9, 1958 at Pinckneyville, the son of Peter R. and Pearl E. (Day) Rybacki.  He married Sandra Presswood on March 15, 1997 in Kentucky and she survives.
	He is survived by his wife of Tamaroa; his parents, Pete and Pearl Rybacki of Pinckneyville; son, Derrick Rybacki of Nashville; three brothers, Roger Rybacki and wife Mary Jo of Duquoin, Dale Rybacki and wife Michelle of Tamaroa and Dennis Rybacki and wife Lorriee of Salem; sister, Deborah Moore and husband Donald of Pinckneyville and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
	He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
	Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday, February 5 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Todds Mill with Fr. James VanOss officiating.
	 Friends called from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.  A vigil service was held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
	Interment was in the St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery at Todds Mill.
